A doorway, airflow, shelf and distant corner may experience different temperatures. One probe describes its own position. Identify the locations that matter for your operation and give each point a clear equipment name and site assignment.
The sensor sends readings by LoRaWAN to a gateway. Metal panels, insulation and gateway placement can affect coverage. A signal check with doors closed belongs in installation planning. We do not promise a fixed range without assessing the location.
Use a maintenance window for planned work or defrosting. Measurements remain stored while new alerts are temporarily suppressed; monitoring resumes afterwards. Separate missing-reading checks help reveal a sensor that has silently stopped reporting.
One probe counts as one monitoring point. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are being prepared with two alert contacts included. Additional contacts and modules can be agreed separately. Prices, shipping and availability are confirmed in a proposal; online checkout is not yet enabled.

The current M2 pilot still uses a local computer to forward data. An independent customer kit needs that function on a fixed device or a different server arrangement. This is agreed before installation.
