A suitable installation starts with your site

How many probes do you need, where will they go and how will the gateway reach the internet? These questions shape the design before hardware is supplied.

Pilot available. External notification channels and the independent installation kit are still being connected.

01

1. Map the monitoring points

List sites, fridges, freezers and cold rooms. Specify the number of separate probes, who will respond to alerts and where the gateway can obtain power and internet access. Check that the probe and cable suit the environment.

02

2. Agree how installation will be delivered

You can enquire about self-installation or installation service. Availability and service costs are confirmed for each country and site. We do not assume a local engineer network. The current pilot uses a local forwarding step; the independent kit is still being prepared.

03

3. Test the entire route before relying on it

Check probe-to-equipment assignments, recent measurement times and the expected reporting interval. Test missing readings, a temperature exception and recovery. For an external notification channel, include a real delivery test and agree who takes action.

Hardware separately. Software per probe.

One probe counts as one monitoring point. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are being prepared with two alert contacts included. Additional contacts and modules can be agreed separately. Prices, shipping and availability are confirmed in a proposal; online checkout is not yet enabled.

Frequently asked questions

Can you install in my country?

Include your location in the enquiry. We confirm service availability in advance. Self-installation depends on the selected hardware and connection design.

Can I request a proposal now?

Yes. Tell us your country, number of probes and installation preference. The enquiry does not start a subscription or place a paid order.
