Privacy and cookies

TempPilot is a service by Metax Solutions. For privacy questions or withdrawal of consent, contact info@temppilot.nl.

Enquiries and customer portal

We store the contact details and enquiry you submit so that we can respond. Do not enter sensitive information in the notes field. Customer portal data and temperature readings are not sent to Google Analytics.

Optional website analytics

Only with permission do we load Google Analytics 4. Google receives a cookie identifier, page visits, device and browser information, approximate region, referring website and events such as clicks, demo actions and form steps. Entered names, email addresses and notes are not sent as analytics events. Google processes technical network information to deliver the service.

Your choice and retention

Allowing and declining are equally easy. Cookie settings at the bottom of every public page lets you change or withdraw your choice. Consent choices and Analytics cookies have a maximum lifetime of 180 days. User and event retention in GA4 is managed separately; aggregated reports may remain available longer. Withdrawal stops future measurement and deletes this site’s Analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete earlier report data.

Google and your rights

We do not use advertising personalisation, Google Signals, session recordings or Analytics inside the customer portal. Google Analytics may process data outside the EEA. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact info@temppilot.nl. You may complain to your supervisory authority. The site remains usable without analytics consent.

WhatsApp support

The support button opens WhatsApp to contact Med Tech Solutions at +31 85 130 0899. The draft contains TempPilot and the public page, or only the label Customer portal. Customer details and readings are not added automatically. You send the message yourself. When opening and using WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not load a WhatsApp widget on our website.

Hardware separately. Software per probe.

One probe counts as one monitoring point. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are being prepared with two alert contacts included. Additional contacts and modules can be agreed separately. Prices, shipping and availability are confirmed in a proposal; online checkout is not yet enabled.
