Decide whether the probe should follow air temperature at a chosen position or a suitable reference setup. A door, evaporator or wall can give a different picture from the centre of a cabinet. Plan the placement and select a probe suitable for the application.
Opening a door can cause a temporary temperature change. Alert delays and recovery margins help you adapt monitoring to everyday use. Limits belong to your products and operating procedures; TempPilot does not prescribe a universal safe temperature.
View measurement time, receipt time and the supplied battery reading alongside the temperature. If a sensor stops reporting, its last reading remains identifiable as old. Record your response to an alert and export the history for internal review or further investigation.
One probe counts as one monitoring point. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are being prepared with two alert contacts included. Additional contacts and modules can be agreed separately. Prices, shipping and availability are confirmed in a proposal; online checkout is not yet enabled.

You can record a comparison with a reference thermometer. Applying a software correction requires a separate confirmation and takes effect from that moment. Original readings remain available. This does not replace a calibration certificate.
